RF Power Amplifiers for Wireless, Mobile and Satellite Communications

The RF Power Amplifiers design, is for enhanced energy efficiency using different approaches for maximum energy efficiency. High data rates may require multilevel modulation with variable envelope width and frequency. There is significant sensitivity to nonlinear distortion, usually caused by the RF power amplifier. We will therefore linearize the RF power amplifier by developping an adaptive algorithm to model the RF power amplifier to accommodate high data rates. This will result in improving the mobile power amplifier transceiver’s performance in term of battery life time and talk time, and also will keep it small and affordable.
